Jovana Trivunović

Jovana’s practice focuses on tax law. She provides clients with the most favorable, tailor-made legal solutions to the often intricate tax challenges. Aside from advising clients in day-to-day tax matters, Jovana represents clients before the Tax Administration and assists them in meeting their compliance responsibilities.

Her expertise extends beyond tax to encompass Antitrust/Competition, State aid, and EU Law. Jovana has a track record of advising and representing clients across a wide range of complex, high-value matters, including the ones before the European Commission and the Energy Community. Additionally, her practice covers Corporate/M&A, Real Estate, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, and Intellectual Property. During her studies, Jovana completed an internship at a prestigious international bank. She subsequently gained valuable experience in a renowned accounting firm. Prior to joining the team, Jovana worked in one of the leading law firms in the region.
